FINDING FREEDOM after FIFTY

Figuring Out the New Rules for Health and Wealth After 50

No system, no selling, no BS. Just what I’m doing and whether it’s working.

Tired, stuck, and 50-something?

Break the Chain

This is the cycle I couldn’t break out of. It kept me working a job I hated for years. See if it looks familiar:

  • The job trashes your sleep
  • Lack of sleep takes your energy
  • No energy = no exercise/healthy meal prep
  • Too tired to work on an escape plan
  • Which keeps you working the job

What I discovered: you can’t break this doom loop at the money, career, or gym part. You break it at the energy part, because it’s the only lever you still have the strength to pull.

Your tiredness is the enemy. Not your discipline.

the solution

Health, money, and career aren’t three problems — they’re one problem wearing three masks, and exhaustion is the lock on all three doors.

I’ve stood in your shoes…

I was overweight and overworked in a job I hated. Stuck! Too young to retire, too old to change career.

Then, in my 40s, two blood clots almost put me six feet under. Happily, I survived, but it forced me to question, “What the hell am I doing with my life?”

I saw fixing my job as a health intervention! There had to be a better way. That’s when I started testing ways of getting healthier and wealthier after 50.

Everything here is something I’m actually doing. Not everything is working yet. I’ll tell you which.

I definitely haven’t made it yet. (Otherwise I’d be selling you a course!) But I am trying to build my way there.

And create the resource I needed when I hit the reset button. Feel free to have a look around and steal what’s working. And thank you for reading.
